Scheduling & Fees

Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit for each other.

Services are paid for out-of-pocket at the following rates:

• Initial assessment (75 minutes): $165

• Individual therapy session (50 minutes): $135

• Nature and movement therapy session (75-90 minutes): $150

Additional session length and format options are discussed at the initial assessment and determined based on your goals for therapy.

I reserve a limited number of reduced-rate sliding scale spaces for those needing more accessible mental health services. Please inquire about sliding scale during your initial consultation call.

Motions Counseling does not accept health insurance. I can provide you with a superbill which can be submitted to your health insurance for possible reimbursement.
